When Jobs came back to Apple he went out of his way to take care of the employees by protecting their stock options. He constantly stressed how important "People" are to success and keeping them happy and energized, I find that to be true in a lot of realms.....maybe even education?
I loved this book! Seriously, I think it changed my view on so many things. He changed the world and I will totally overlook the fact that he was a complete jerk. I'm so sad he died before he could fix education. My favorite quote was, "A players only want to work with A players."

I feel so behind! Can one join the 25 quest without reading Slaughterhouse 5? I'm halfway done with Steve Jobs and each day getting more annoyed/enamored with him. It's addictive.
